1. Parents are requested to send their children in proper school uniform with the identity card duly affixed.
2. Student must reach the school premises ten minutes before the school timing.
3. Parents card issued by the school authority, need to be shown at the time of picking up the child from the school.
4. Strangers for e.g. Servants, driver, relatives, etc. will not be allowed to pick up the child from the school without prior intimation by parent.
5. Please read the school notice board on regular basis for any other information and to know about the holidays.
6. If the child is likely to be absent for more than a day, parent should inform the same to school authorities followed by the leave letter.
7. Please ensure that your child is regular to school. Minimum 80% attendance is a must.
8. Students should not bring any valuable articles or ornaments like gold chain or ring etc. to the school. The school authority will not responsible for same.
9. Students suffering from any infections like Conjunctivitis, Dermatitis, Scabies etc. should not be sent to school as other students may also get infected.
10. Parents must also take active part in the school activities and they must spend considerable amount of time with their child at home to have an overall development.
11. Parents are required to inform the school, if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers.
12. The school fees must be paid by the 10^th of every month. Parents should not wait for reminders to pay the fees. If the fees is not paid in time, late fees will be charged.
13. Fees once paid, is not refundable. Payment of fees must be made in cash only.
14. Avoid withdrawal of a child from the school during the academic year. A written notice of withdrawal must be given one month in advance or a one month fees has to be paid.
